Our online live retreat includes: 

-A Journey in A Box. This specialised package will arrive in the mail for you to take away on your retreat. It includes individual items for you to open throughout your retreat including: written prophetic words to encourage you, personalised gifts, Arise Sanctuary’s custom Armour Undies, local designer gifts and MORE. We love to lavish you! 

-A daily morning group session. You will join our online session where we will lean into God and hear what He has to say as we reflect on this season in your life and the seasons you are facing 

-An online Stretch and Flow class which you can enjoy a time of your choosing   

-Direct access via Facebook Messenger with Lisa through your two-day retreat so you can ask questions or request prayer
